Twitter updating its Mobile Apps (For Twitter for Android & Twitter for iPhone)

  • Direct messages: Now with photos-

For the first time, you can share and view photos via direct message (DM) on your mobile phone. We’ve also introduced a new tab in the navigation bar that makes it easy to access DMs –– they’re just one tap away from wherever you are on Twitter. You can also view photos in DMs on twitter.com.

  • Swipe to discover what’s happening-

Now you can swipe from your Home timeline to the Discover timeline to find trends, popular Tweets and new accounts tailored for you, and then swipe to your Activity timeline to see Tweets and accounts that are popular among people you follow.

Amazon Kindle Update - Amazon Introducing the All-New Kindle Paperwhite

Android chief Sundar Pichai, in a Google+ post, revealed Two big news about Google’s android mobile operating system.


No. 1: Android passed 1 billion activations of Android smartphones and tablets devices.


No. 2: Android’s new version Android 4.4 will be called KitKat (Android KitKat 4.4). Google has announced that the new Android version of its Android mobile operating system will be called KitKat, licensing the name from Nestle.
